01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reward Sniper ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

02 Service Description

Reward Sniper provides automated monitoring of airline reward flight availability. We scan publicly available information and notify users when seats matching their criteria become available.

The Service does not guarantee availability of any flights. Availability data is provided "as-is" and may not reflect real-time status on airline websites.

03 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

04 Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Polar. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent subscription limits
Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Interfere with the operation of the Service

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reward Sniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

07 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
